To make 1 liter of 40-degree drink, you need 8 liters of fruit cider, which in turn requires 12 kilograms of fresh fruits. Strong fruit drink "Grushovytsya Ukrainsyka kosher for Passover" is made from selected fresh, ripe pears of autumn grades of the Carpathian region. In order to feel the maximum pleasure from consumption, the drink should be at room temperature or be slightly warmed. The drink goes well with fatty and meat foods. Due to its taste, it serves as an aperitif or as a good end to a meal.
