The production process consists of the following stages: picking apples and pears and preparing them for the press; getting juice; fermenting the juice and getting cider (apples) or perry (pear); distilling the cider or perry in the fruit column, getting fruit alcohol; putting fruit alcohol in oak barrels and keeping for the required amount of time. Fruit brandy "Calvados Prykarpatsky Pear" is pear alcohol, aged for 6 months in an oak barrel.
